Discover what your body needs right now — with a free FitCheck
Want to get stronger, lose fat, feel more energetic or move more easily after 40? During your personal FitCheck, we measure where you are now and create a plan that truly fits you.
No membership. No pushy sales talk. Just honest advice and a clear plan.
You do not need to guess what works
Maybe you want to start strength training but do not know where to begin. Maybe you already exercise but are not seeing results. Or perhaps you have an injury, stiff knees, back pain, or simply feel that your body does not move like it used to.
A random online workout plan is not enough. You deserve an approach that fits your body, goals and life.
That is why we do not start by selling. We start by measuring, listening and understanding.
What is included?
Your free FitCheck: a complete picture of your starting point
You will meet with me in person. Together, we take the time to understand where you are now and where you want to go. You will not just receive numbers — you will understand what they mean and what to do next.
Your FitCheck includes:
1. A personal conversation
We discuss your goals, training experience, daily life and any injuries or concerns. Whether you want to get stronger, lose weight, have more energy for your family, climb stairs more easily or stay healthy and independent as you age: your goal comes first.
2. InBody body composition scan
The InBody scan measures, among other things:
muscle mass
fat mass and body-fat percentage
body-water level
muscle distribution throughout your body
So we look beyond the number on the scale.
3. Fitness test
We assess your current fitness level, so we can see how your body responds to exercise and choose the right starting point.
4. Strength assessment
We measure strength across the major muscle groups. This gives us an honest picture of your current level, any imbalances and the exercises that will give you the best return.

After your FitCheck, you will know exactly where you stand — and what to do next
Using your conversation and results, I create a personal training plan. Not a generic programme, but one that fits your level, goals and any limitations.
You will leave with clarity about:
where you are now
which muscle groups and abilities need attention
how to get stronger and fitter safely
the most realistic steps for you
how to start independently, even without a gym
You decide how you continue
Your FitCheck, initial tests and personal programme are completely free.
Want to train independently afterwards? Great. I will give you honest advice and a programme you can follow on your own. No gym? I can also explain how to strengthen your body at home or with minimal equipment.
Would you prefer guidance, structure and support to stay consistent? Then we can explore whether personal training or group training is a good fit.
The choice is entirely yours. No compulsory membership. No pressure to buy. No awkward sales pitch.
Why free?
Why I offer this for free
Helping people is my passion.
Too many people over 40 think it is too late, worry about training incorrectly or feel unable to start because of aches and pains. But at any age, you can become stronger, fitter and more confident with the right approach.
If you leave this FitCheck with more clarity, practical guidance and the confidence to take your first step, I am already happy. And if we decide to work together afterwards, it will be because it feels right for you.
